A. We have limited stock of each item. If a particular design of card becomes out of stock we will contact you to see if you would like a different design of card or a refund. Some alternative gifts may prove more popular than others: if we become oversubscribed in a particular area, we will reallocate your money to the area of greatest need. |

| Q. How long will my order take to be despatched? |

A. We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days. |

| Q. I can’t find the answer to my question. What do I do? |

A. Please either send us and email via the Contact Us button, or give us a call on 01892 519619 between 7.30am and 6pm. If you leave a message on the answerphone we will respond as soon as possible. |

| Q. I would like to send one of your Alternative Gifts direct to the recipient. Is this possible? |

A. If you select one of our Alternative Gifts, you will receive a beautiful photo with a message from a beneficiary on the back, together with a gift card and envelope for you to write your own message so that you can forward it to your friend/relative.
If you would like us to forward this directly to your friend/relative for you, once you have placed your order simply telephone us on 01892 519619 to confirm the recipient's details and the message you would like included. Alternatively you can e-mail this information, together with your details and the details of your order to hello@build-africa.org.uk.
